My Quest To Find An Affordable Hotel In Hull
In a few weeks time I have a rather important business meeting with what will hopefully prove to be a new client. The meeting is to take place in the city of Hull, this is where the potential new client lives and works. It will happen to be the first time that I have ever visited this city and over the last couple of days I have been sourcing suitable a hotel Hull.
To help with this task I have been searching on the internet as this is where I tend to find the best bargains these days.
As well as enabling me to sleep for a couple of nights I am also looking for a hotel that has meeting rooms – for obvious reasons. Just by conducting a simple search at one of the major search engines such as Bing or Google for search terms such as meeting rooms Hull or hotels in Hull helped me to locate a number of viable options.
The competition for my hard earned cash was actually quite fierce! There are certainly a fair number of hotels in this area. At the end of the day this, I knew, could well work to my advantage. By phoning some of the hotels in question and asking if they can do me some type of deal for the dates that I was going to be there could be a way of securing an even more affordable rate I thought to myself- and this is exactly how it turned out. I managed to book a hotel with a 20% discount to the prices it had been quoting online – very impressive.
I will be travelling down South in the coming weeks and will source a hotel Bournemouth in the same way!
The morale of the story – or the article – is to use the internet, the competition and the current financial climate to your advantage – there are some top notch bargains out there for those of us that are cheeky enough to ask the right questions.
